HOW IT WORKS

Fill out our easy online form so we can learn a little more about you, your dog, and your availability for the Warm-Up Visit

OR

if you are ready to schedule the Warm-Up Visit, then go ahead and create an account in our dog walking software and then check your email for a welcome letter with additional instructions (or let us know and we can set up the account for you).

Prior to starting a Fitness Program, we will come to your house and spend some quality time getting to know you and your dog. We will go over your dog's information and home access instructions. We can answer any questions you have about the app and online client portal and make sure you are comfortable using it. There is no charge for the Warm-Up Visit or the mobile app. 

We will work with you to set up a KB K9 FIT lockbox (free of charge) in a secure location on your property. If you prefer not to use our lockbox, we require two copies of your house keys when we come for the Warm-Up Visit. 

After each visit, we will send you pictures, notes, report cards, along with GPS and time tracking data. You can see how much fun your dog had on his/her adventure and respond to us in real time. Messages can be sent to you as push notifications through our app or as email/text messages.
